Meal Shortcuts Update

In my last post, I was really excited about the items I got from Sam’s! Let me tell you…we really enjoyed our groceries! Lol Check out the ways I served my meals!

I initially thought I’d serve these muffins in halves, but sliced was better!
I then toasted those slices in butter! 🤤
Look at that crust!
Toasty and savory on the outside, still soft and sweet inside!
There were 2 of these…seemed like at least 3 bowls in each.
I added some rotisserie chicken breast to make it even heartier!
Yes, that’s the chicken breast skin…all crisped up in the oven.
Crumbled the crispy skin on top for a tasty crunch! That’s a leftover enchilada on the side.
The shrimp pasta was tasty! A handful of mixed greens always elevates a simple meal!

I’ve already started looking for items to add to my next Sam’s Club cart! Gotta love a quick, easy meal!
