Jalapeño Ranch

Hello!!!

Once again, I’ve been trying to try! Lol Maybe this health kick is due to the start of a new year, or maybe because I’m trying to make sure I fit into a bridesmaid dress for an upcoming wedding! Either way, I’ve been more focused on veggies.

I came across a recipe on IG that was a dip, but by the time I blended MY ingredients, it was a bit thin…so, let’s call it a dressing. I’ve been drizzling it on LOTS of things! Let’s check it out.

Ingredients:

  • A tablespoon or 2 of lime juice
  • 1 cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
  • A tablespoon or 2 of jalapeños (adjust for your taste)
  • 1 ranch seasoning pack
  • A handful of cilantro

I added the ingredients to my mixer in the order I listed above, and blended as needed along the way. I had to do this since I was using a smaller blender, but I’m sure everything could be added once and blended once with more space! Don’t be like me…go into the pantry and get the bigger blender attachment.

This process didn’t take long, but I’ve been able to use the dressing/dip for a long time! It made approximately 3 cups!

This dressing/dip provides a fun kick of spice that really makes eating salads and roasted veggies more exciting! There’s also added protein from the Greek yogurt! Here are a couple of ways I’ve used this topping:
