Our baby turned TWO this week! We’re having a party with family and friends this weekend, but we still wanted to do something special for him on his actual birthday. I’m still a relatively new to this, so I tried out my “crafty mom” skills.

A couple of weeks ago my sister-in-law posted some really good-looking baby back ribs that she prepared in her instant pot. Well, I don’t have an instant pot…so I had to cook mine in the oven. I didn’t get to try hers, but I did use her meal as inspiration.
I know, according to the Almanac, Fall technically started September 22nd. However, I live in Alabama…and we’re still having to deal with days where temperatures reach over 90 degrees!
