Oven Baby Back Ribs
A couple of weeks ago my sister-in-law posted some really good-looking baby back ribs that she prepared in her instant pot. Well, I don’t have an instant pot…so I had to cook mine in the oven. I didn’t get to try hers, but I did use her meal as inspiration.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but I haven’t always enjoyed it. I think it’s because you’re technically supposed to eat it before 8 a.m.
Game-Day Dinner
I live in the South, so Saturdays in the Fall mean Football. My husband has had football playing all day…even when he was outside working on a project. While I enjoyed being able to leave the kid with him this afternoon, I knew I had to cook dinner. Enter, the game-day dinner — Pizza and Nachos.
